Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information shown in the comment form as well as the visitor’s ip address and user agent string to help detect junk messages.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called the hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile image will be displayed publicly with your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images where EXIF data includes data from GPS location. Visitors to the site can download and retrieve all positioning information from images on the site.
Contact forms
Information sent via the contact forms on our website is sent to our company’s e-mail service, hosted by Ballou. You can read about their guidelines here. We also store information about the summer hockey school in excel to make the summer hockey school possible to manage administratively. In the summer hockey school’s contact form we collect this information: Name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, allergies and illnesses, swimming skills, length, weight, and picture of the participant. We also collect parents’ names, email and telephone numbers. The information in Excel is saved for one year.
Purchases in the web shop
When you make purchases, your information is stored in order to effectively send you the items you ordered to the specified address (read more below).

We use full SSL / HTTPS on our website. This encrypts our user communication with the servers so that personally identifiable information is never caught by third parties without permission)
Databases are sanitized (current users’ personal data removed) before being distributed to development or testing environments.
In case of a violation, system administrators immediately go through the affected users and try to reset the password if necessary after informing the user.
