Payment information

Payments are made to Rooth Performance AB, 5068-8647 or via SWISH nr 123 023 46 66

Cost of goalkeeper:
3 500 SEK (incl. VAT). The price is the same as for a boarding student, but of course the student decides whether to be a boarding or day student.

Cost of boarding student:
5 300 SEK (incl. VAT). The price includes accommodation, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, evening meal, ice-cream pass, activities, t-shirt, water bottle and diploma.

Cost of day pupil:
4 600 SEK (incl. VAT). The price includes lunch, snacks, activities, t-shirt, water bottle and a diploma.

Sibling discount:
Sibling #1 pay full price. The siblings after that receive a 500:- discount. This only applies to boarding spots! The sibling discount does not apply to day students and goalkeepers. The sibling discount does not apply to the second week if you choose to stay for two weeks (then everyone already has a discount as described below).

Discount for two weeks of participation:
We would like to see students register both week 30 and week 31.
For boarding students, we offer an 800 SEK discount/student the second week.
For day students, we offer a SEK 500 discount/student the second week.
For goalies, we offer a SEK 300 discount/student the second week.
If the two-week offer is used, no sibling discount is paid in addition.

Admission decision: Notification is given on a rolling basis after the application has been received.

Payment:
We appreciate and prefer that the full fee is paid directly! If you want to split the payment, you can do so as described below. The goalkeeping fee is made payable in one lump sum.

Registration fee:
SEK 1,500 is payable to Rooth Performance AB on Bankgiro 5068-8647 or via SWISH no 123 023 46 66 within 10 days of notification of admission to the school. Write the child’s name and social security number on the payment.
Please note! No invoice will be sent for either the registration or final fee.

Final payment:
Remaining 3 100 SEK (day student) or 3 800 SEK (boarding student) to be paid to the above bank account or SWISH by April 30. Write the child’s name and social security number on the payment, and the week. See information on international payments below.

Deadline for registration: You can register as long as spots are available.

In the event of a cancellation:
If the cancellation can be supported by a medical certificate, the school will retain SEK 500 for administrative costs. In case of withdrawal before March 1, the school retains an administration fee of 500:-. The rest will be refunded. In case of cancellation from March 1 until one week before the start of the school, the school will keep the full registration fee of SEK 1,500. If you cancel within 7 days of the start of the school, the school keeps 3000:- . Once the student starts school, there is no refund.

Force Majeure:
If a force majeure situation occurs and the school, due to this circumstance, which is beyond its control, or if the ice hockey association or authority deems it necessary for the safety or health of participants, is forced to cancel the summer hockey school, the school will retain 500 SEK for administrative costs. This is to cover a small part of the planning and work that the school puts in every year to run the summer hockey school.
